📦 Shipping
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Local Pickup:
If you select local pickup at checkout, we’ll notify you via email when your order is ready. Pickup is available during regular studio hours.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if issues arise after your order leaves our studio.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return:
Email us at booking@titletattoostudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps for sending the item back.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange for a different size or item, follow the same return steps above and note the item you’d like in exchange. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
Items returned in worn or damaged condition will not be accepted. your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items or limited edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
